How do I contact Put it up?
You contact Put it up by email, at the address shown on this page. The site has no contact form, so nothing you type on the site itself is sent to us.
Please put the address of the page you are writing about in your message, so we know where to look.
What can I write to you about?
You can write about anything on a page that looks wrong, for example:
- a figure or a condition that does not match the maker's own page;
- a maker's page that has changed since the date we checked it;
- a product line or a link that no longer matches the model its maker describes;
- a page that does not work with your browser, keyboard or screen reader;
- a link that no longer works.
If you can, include a link to the maker's page or other source that shows the problem. The corrections page lists every change we have made.
What can't you help with?
We cannot see your wall, so we cannot tell you more than the makers' own figures and instructions say. We also cannot help with:
- orders, deliveries and returns, which Amazon or the seller handles, because Put it up sells nothing;
- a product or fixing that the site does not cover;
- your tenancy, your deposit or a disagreement with a landlord.
What happens to my email?
We use your email address and message only to reply and, if you report a mistake, to correct the page. We never add you to a mailing list: Put it up has none. The privacy page has the details.
